Hi There, I'm currently involved in preparing a economic report for the Sound of Mull SSMEI. This report hopes to highlight the particular needs of the communities living in the Sound of Mull. As such we are trying to gather as much information on businesses that work in the area. Eco-tourism is on the increase and must bring important revenue to the Sound of Mull area. It is difficult to find information relating to this sector and I was hoping you may be able to provide us with some much needed data. Information that would be useful is: - Number of people going out on boat trips with you per year - Cost per head - Number of people employed (part-time, full-time and seasonal posts) - Turnover data if possible (an annual figure) In using this data we hope to be able to calculate the degree of daily expenditure per visitor and the turnover of the tourism sector in the area. I hope you can help with this request. Please call me if you would like further information. Thanks in anticipation.
